About the National Chamber Foundation

The National Chamber Foundation (NCF) is an independent, 501 (c) (3), public policy think tank affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. NCF drives the policy debate by formulating arguments, developing options, and influencing thinking in an effort to move the American business agenda forward.

Our Mission:

Drive the debate on critical business issues
Develop the arguments and the data
Influence policy options
Translate strategic plans into action

NCF strives to provide a forum where leaders can consider these major challenges and advance new ideas that benefit American business. Our goal is to make NCF the first place policymakers and the business communities look to for high-level discussions on cutting-edge issues facing the U.S. business.

Arthur Rothkopf, Senior Vice President and Counselor to the President; Executive Vice President, NCF
Arthur J. Rothkopf serves as senior vice president and counselor to the
president of the U.S. Chamber. His responsibilities include leadership of
